The regattas are open to all members.  Pre-registration will be required to insure fair boat assignments, adequate staffing, and prizes.  Junior sailors will register through their instructors.  Adult sailors must register with the Commodore.

Adult Sailing Program Classes:

Tuesday/Thursday Performance Sailing (TT Performance Sailing)
New this year we will be offering a combination of evening performance sailing classes and racing for adults and young adults aged 15 and above.  Tuesday nights will be skills and drills and Thursdays will be racing.  The program will run for 6 weeks from 6:30 to 8:00 PM and includes use of the Ideal 18s for the Summer.  

Dates: June 25 ,27 / July 2, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30 / Aug 1
Times: 6:30-8:00 PM

Adult Basic Sailing Course: 
This is a great course for beginners or anyone wanting a sailing refresher.  The course will cover rigging, mooring, tacking, jibing, points of sail, knots, etc.  See the Adult Sailing Signup Sheet for dates and details.  Use of the Ideal 18s for the Summer is included with this program for those who successfully complete the class and pass Skipper certification.

Teen Basic Sailing Course:
This course is the same as the Adult Basic Sailing Course, but for high school teenagers.  It will coincide with the Adult Sailing Course. See Adult Basic Sailing Course for more information.

Hourly Rental for Certified Skippers:
In addition to the above program offerings, the Club’s Ideal 18s are available for use for an hourly rental fee by any member who has been certified as a Skipper.  Private lessons are also available from any of our instructors.

PLEASE NOTE:  In order to use one of the Club’s Ideal 18s you must be a CERTIFIED SKIPPER and sign the FLEET USAGE AGREEMENT.  This must be done EVERY YEAR & returned to the COMMODORE so that we can keep the registry current.
