Add to Apple Calendar
iPhone: Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar.
Add to Google Calendar
Google: On desktop, click "+" next to "Other calendars" > "From URL" and paste the link.
Choose your sync platform:
