ADULT SAILING REGISTRATION & INFORMATION
Adult Sailing Program Classes:
Wednesday Learn to Sail
If you have light skills or none at all, this class promises to be educational and fun! You will get comfortable and competent at sailing our Ideal 18s. Enjoy the warm breeze while on the water and return to shore for some drinks, food and fun as you socialize with your fellow classmates. Open for adults and your children ages 12 and up (there must be at least 1 adult in the boat). Max of 3/boat.
Dates: 6/26, 7/3, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31
Times: 6:00-7:30 pm
Cost: $400
Saturday Morning Ladies Clinic*
Learn to sail or enhance what you already know while catching up with fellow female Rocky members. When you return to shore enjoy a poolside beverage and snack. Sign up as an individual, pair, or trio. A super fun regatta with prizes concludes the clinic.
Dates: 6/29, 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/3
Times: 9:30-11:00am
Cost: $ 400
*Program registration includes entry into all regattas.
Gatehouse Rentals
Laser Sailboat: $15/hour
Kayaks and Paddle Boards: $10/hour
Hourly Rental for Certified Skippers
In addition to the above program offerings, the Club’s Ideal 18s are available for use for an hourly rental fee ($25/hr) by any member who has been certified as a Skipper. Private lessons are also available from any of our instructors.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to use one of the Club’s Ideal 18s you must be a CERTIFIED SKIPPER and sign the FLEET USAGE AGREEMENT. This must be done EVERY YEAR so that we can keep the registry current.
